Patriots quarterback Tom Brady said he was thrilled to play in a foursome last week that included former presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton.
``It's a great experience, being around guys like that, and I realize how fortunate I am to get a lot of these opportunities," Brady said. ``That was one that as soon as I was done, I called my parents (and told them that) whatever expectations I had going into it, I was blown away."
Brady bragged that he cleaned the former leaders' pockets for three bucks by winning all three ways on a $1 Nassau, though Bush and Clinton's golf wasn't always by the rulebook.
``If they don't like a ball, they hit another one, and no one is going to say anything," Brady said, laughing.
