This is a good fight. Shamrock tore his MCL and ACL two weeks ago, but still fought. Entertaining stuff.

1. Baroni also had a pulled groin. That was a gutsy fight for both guys.

In fact that whole card was good. The Cung Le fight was absolutely amazing - that guy can throw crazy kicks from all angles.

EliteXC/Strikeforce came back very strong after that last disappointing card. This one was very good.
