Probably suffering from Frozen Tundraitis?

Boy, 7, refused to wear Packers clothing before game

PORTAGE, Wis. (AP) -- Upset that his 7-year-old son wouldn't wear a Green Bay Packers jersey during the team's playoff victory Saturday, a man restrained the boy for an hour with tape and taped the jersey onto him.

That is just plain stupid. There are some seriously crazy people in this country. If the kid did not want to wear the jersey then just let him go without wearing it.
