If we look hard enough we might scare up ten NASCAR fans around here. :D

Truck race tonight on SPEED channel at 8PM EST. If you've never watched the Craftsman Truck Series check it out. The racing is great.

2. Hendrick fan right here

The "2484" in my name is for 24, 48, and 84, although it looks like Kyle Busch is going to be in the 5 next year, not the 84.

I guess still have time to change my name if I want to.

A forever Dale Earnhardt fan. Following his death I continued to cheer for Steve Park and still do even though he has moved to the truck series. Now I follow Robby Gordon and Kevin Harvick in the Cup series and Martin Truex Jr in the Busch series. My husband is a Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson fan.

He's not nearly as rabid a fan as I am so I just humor him. When he tacked up a few Jeff Gordon posters in the garage I just tacked up a Big E one next to them. Equal time and all. :)

5. Being a Gordon fan, I wasn't an Earnhardt fan

But I must say there was something special about him. I had garage/pit passes at the Brickyard five years ago, and the one thing that made me mad was that I didn't ever get to see Dale. I got autographs from Gordon and a lot of the other drivers, but even at the time I really wished I could have just seen him. I do have a great picture of him in his car during that race at a pit stop. I was right behind the pit wall.

I would give anything to see the 3 and 24 battle one out again!

Darlington is supposed to start at 1:30 Eastern, so lets do a running thread during the race.

I go for the 8,15,18,20,and 49 cars, but don't really root against anyone.

9. Kenny is great.

We met him on pit road after qualifying at Pocono in June. He was very gracious and funny too.
