2. I was rooting for Murray.
Federer just bores the hell out of me. I know he's been the best in the game for the last five years or so but I just don't get excited to watch him at all.

3. You never want to lose the first set and then narrowly drop the second
It's incredible how often that leads to an avalanche in the third set. Could not have been more predictable today, that Murray would be demoralized.

If you're going to lose the first two sets, it's far preferable to lose the first one close and then get blown out in the second.

Congrats to Roger. I still think Nadal is superior right now, but I love athletes who prioritize the Olympics and get a boost out of competing there.
