4. I caught that too.
Red state income, like in Alabama or Montana?

Gosh I'd hate to be saddled with a blue state income like California or New York. What an idiot.

3. I am now a big fan of Scott Fujita and Langston Walker.
“You know what, educated people vote for their ideals. Greedy people vote with their pockets. And that’s all I have to say. You take it how you want it. If McCain holds ideals that I find that I particularly like, I’m going to vote for McCain. On the other hand if Barack has ideas that I like, I’m going to vote for Barack. So I’m not tipping my hand, but I think that I, as a high-earning American should pay my taxes and pay my fair share.”—Buffalo Bills right tackle Langston Walker, who declined to state his preference.

"Declined to state his preference"? Hehe, no he didn't. :)

6. Well at least some of them were honest about it
From a story they ran locally a few days ago here is a quote from our buddy Fred Smoot.."A lot of us come from Democratic backgrounds but now we are making Republican money so its a difficult choice..."

5. That's a little more encouraging than the article like this I read in '04.
Back then about 75% of the players they asked were Bush supporters.

And note how the McCain voters all bring up money/taxes as a factor (except for the one Palin fanboy). Says it all to me.
