I'll be glad to see fresh new faces in the World Series, but this has got to be the network's nightmare.

1. Hell, I could barely muster up any excitement for the playoffs this year anyways.

If it wasn't for Tampa I'd be bored stiff with baseball this year. Don't know why, it just hasn't grabbed me at all. I've got my old taste for hockey back in full swing last year and this year, and the NFL will always be a higher priority to me, so MLB just faded away once football season and hockey season started.

Phillies/Tampa would be somewhat interesting, but I'd probably still watch a regular season hockey game over World Series baseball anyways. Sorry execs...you were shit out of luck with me this year no matter who goes. :)

The cable company is engaged in a pissing contest with the local Fox affiliate, so I've missed half the playoffs and will probably miss the World Series.
