2. USC was running the ball off tackle in the second half
The plays would bust 8 to 10 yards before a WSU defender made contact. The announcers were saying USC could easily scored 100 if they cared to.

They were up 35-0 at half. They can't exactly stop playing and the way Washington State was playing I believe it. I just looked at the stats and USC ran the ball 49 times and only threw the ball 21 times and all 4 of their 2nd half touchdowns were runs.

3. Our long-range goal has been to get UH into the Pac-10.
Hell, put 'em both in and make it the Pac-12.

As luck would have it, the Cougs come out here toward the end of the season, in a game the Warriors will sorely need to get to that magic 7 wins and bowl eligibility, without which the Hawaii Bowl, with two small mainland schools again, is in deep kim chee.

Boise State and Hawaii are too talented for the WAC.
