1. Millen fallout.
Millen totally neglected the defense, drafted bust after bust at WR, never did a thing with the QB position. Marinelli can hardly take much blame trying to win with that crop of players. He'll be someone's D-Coord next year and will probably do a fine job. He's a little old but might get a shot at another HC job eventually.
