Does Jason Garrett want to leave?
Jason Garrett turned down an opportunity to interview with the Lions last week. But Garrett went on his interview with the Broncos today. Garrett did it with the blessings of Jerry Jones.
"I think I'm in a great situation with the Dallas Cowboys, and we had some discussions last week about the kind of opportunities that might be out there to be a head coach somewhere," Garrett said, according to the Rocky Mountain News. "And when you have an opportunity to interview with a team like the Denver Broncos, (Jones) understands what that means ... this is something that is exciting to look at and exciting to be in the middle of."
There is a big perception that Garrett will replace Wade Phillips as coach of the Cowboys, whenever that is.
But after the complaints about his offense from Terrell Owens and Tony Romo, and the disconnect Garrett has with some of the offensive players, you wonder if the redhead wants out.
