I have a hockey question
I haven't watched a hockey game in years, but I tuned into one this afternoon. After about a half hour I realized there hadn't been a single icing violation. What gives?

1. There's still icing
but they changed the offside rule a few years ago. Teams are allowed to tag up on delayed offsides and they did away with the two line pass infraction.

3. You don't have icing on the defending team on a power play either. nt
