New Delay Granted In Fiji Gay Sex Case
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/04/042805fiji.htm

Fiji's High Court has granted attorneys for an Australian tourist and a local man a 45 day delay in filing an amendment to their appeal of the convictions of the men for engaging in gay sex.

Lawyers for the two appeared in court today and argued that they wanted to present new evidence in the case.
