this tosser would be prosecuted for hate speech. Here? Oh no, we can't do that! It's unconstitutional! What about our rights? Guess if you're gay you're just supposed to put up with some mental case egging people on to "kill the sodomites".

9. Incitement laws say you're not allowed to do that...

...But they're very rarely enforced because it's difficult to get a conviction, and it would just empower people like that by handing them a megaphone. He'd be on every cable news channel bleating about the infringement of his rights, and he'd become a poster child for the religious right.
