The course of true love never runs smooth.

There are several vignettes on this disc. My favorites were "A Little Drama". Very sweet and tender, even without any words being spoken. And "History", a story of 2 older gay men.

My least favorites were "Going Gay" only because of the ending and "He Was Perfect". Again, the ending. Both of them showed pain and rejection that belies the title of the disc. I was hoping for happy endings for all, but sadly that didn't happen in most of the dramas.

1. Well, to be fair...
"They met and lived happily ever after" isn't much of a storyline. But while I can appreciate that sometimes there are "good" unhappy endings, I don't think there's much excuse to put such things in what I gather is supposed to be a happy uplifting type collection. Particularly when if you want unhappy endings there's more than enough of those available in the real world.

2. Agreed...
The very worst of the collection (at least to my mind) involved a young man who accused his uncle of molesting him. The ending was very weird and completely unsatisfying.

And I agree, I thought "True Love" would be more happy ending type of things, but in most cases it seemed True Love just didn't win out.

There are others I want to see, though. Pool Dare looked interesting, and there's talks of making an actual movie out of it. I hope they keep both actors as they made the movie stand out for me.

I'm going to go with my first reaction here, which is "Ew."
