Of course, anything is an improvement on "Flo" and that garishly lit and bathroomy white set, complete with the lamest customers on the planet.

I'm glad they're actually, well, progressive (or they see a market share, or maybe both).

I'd like to tell you they are a great company, but we've had them for 5 years and haven't had to put in a claim, so I have no idea really. We just pay those premiums and drive carefully. However, when our Prius spins out of control, I'll let you know if they pay up on their claims.

4. When I was with Progressive, I had one claim and it was handled very well

I was rear-ended, the car was totaled, I had a check and was in a new-to-me car in just over a week.
