Will Phillips is the youngest Grand Marshal ever in Arkansas Pride

Will Phillips is the youngest Grand Marshal ever in Arkansas Pride, KFSM reports. The 10-year-old made national news last year when he refused to recite the Pledge of Allegience until LGBT people have full equality.

Since then, Phillips has received a GLAAD award and has become the official spokesperson for GetEQUAL. He will serve as Grand Marshal for the Northwest Arkansas Gay Pride parade this weekend.
