In an era of identity theft and national security concerns, we’re glad that Ruth Johnson has now joined Rep. Paul Scott in expressly stating her opposition to the Secretary of State policy of allowing men to falsely identify themselves as female on their state-issued driver’s license, and vice versa. The people of Michigan should at minimum be able to trust their state government to tell the truth, not enable certain individuals’ psychological and emotional delusions by officially and legally identifying them as something they biologically are not. that Paul was gay or at least thought women were not clean.

As in, as bad as that guy in PA last year who killed the women in the gym, or the guy who killed the female students in Quebec.

The Gospels and Acts (Luke Part II) don't say nasty things about women, only Paul does.

This is why, from a fairly young age, I did not bother reading Paul and when the Epistle was read in Church, I tuned it out. Paul was a completely reprehensible human being.

They shouldn't cast stones at what gender others have marked on their personal documents.

Anyway, this is mostly not a problem - I imagine if a transman or transwoman wound up in police custody there could be an issue. Most people don't wind up in custody so I can't see this being some kind of common occurence.
