Zoo to Gay Vulture: You Will Mate

Officials at a zoo in Germany are planning to separate two male vultures who have spent the last several months making a nest together so they can mate one with a female.

Gay groups are protesting a decision by the Allwetterzoo in M�nster to take one of the males and mate him with a female vulture at a Czech zoo.

Allwetterzoo curtator Dirk Wewers says the zoo is in need of baby vultures.

�They weren�t happy as a gay couple anyway � the other vultures picked on them and stole their nest materials,� Wewers said.

I half expect school administrators to pick up on this.

"Hey kids, if you're being harassed because you're gay, we'll just break up your relationships and forcibly mate you. That'll fix things right up."

Breed captives animals and such, I mean. Sometimes it even sounds like a good idea, when the animals are in danger of extinction. Maybe Mr. Vulture could just, y'know, think of England! or whatever it is vultures are supposed to think about
