Gaga Using “Born This Way” Proceeds to Fight Bullying
Lady Gaga popped by The Gayle King Show to talk about “Born This Way,” the accompanying video(s), and her new album — and the talk show host greeted her while still in her Spanx.

“Gaga didn’t even blink — she went, ‘Oh, hi, you look great,’” King said. “Like it’s normal for someone to be greeting you in their underwear, Gaga.”

The two then moved on to more serious topics, starting with her meat dress (Gaga likens it to wearing leather) and the amount of scrutiny placed on her appearance.

“I always like to say people take me too seriously and not seriously enough all at the same time,” Gaga said.

4. Not really....

http://www.usatoday.com/communities/entertainment/post/2010/09/lady-gaga-explains-her-vma-raw-meat-dress/1

A teary-eyed Gaga accepted a Moon Man award for Video of the Year for Bad Romance -- one of eight on the night for her -- from Cher (wearing a vintage MTV outfit). Gaga was again wearing meat.

Ellen DeGeneres, who is a vegan, taped the season opener of her show last night at the Nokia Theater and asked Gaga about the dress for an interview airing today.

"Well, it is certainly no disrespect to anyone that is vegan or vegetarian. As you know, I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth," said Gaga. "However, it has many interpretations but for me this evening. If we don't stand up for what we believe in and if we don't fight for our rights, pretty soon we're going to have as much rights as the meat on our own bones. And, I am not a piece of meat."

Ellen then presented her with a veggie bikini and suggested she try that next time she wants to make a statement.

This is a theme that she has stuck too for many years. It may bring some publicity, but only to those that don't follow her art (both her music and her persona which is an ongoing study of the art of fame).

3. Trying to reach post threshold so I can post a thread.
lol

My all time favorite gaga apparel:

Onto the discussion...

...really, Gaga similar to Manson in that she uses her flamboyance and shock-value to set an agenda. I would add that Gaga is more politically focused than Manson; however, Manson isn't as two dimensional as people like O'Riley would have you believe.
