Special Counsel Bloch Subject Of IG Probe In Gay Bias Complaint

A high level investigation into Special Counsel Scott Bloch was announced Tuesday by the Office of Personnel Management.

The inquiry will be undertaken by Inspector General Patrick McFarland.

Bloch has been under fire for more than a year. The Office Of The Special Council is the agency that investigates complaints of discrimination by federal workers, but, Bloch has refused to take on complaints of discrimination based on sexuality.

Then tell him to go file a complaint with the OSC about being fired for his sexual orientation.

Some of those people can't GET jobs in the real world, and it's pretty evident why.

I hadn't heard that about changing the discrimination phrase to "any class protected by law".

There is only one conceivable reason it would have been changed to that particular phrase. By specifying it as a policy, one does not have to wait for it to be law, so by "falling back" and referencing ONLY the law, they effectively protected the ability to discriminate against someone based on sexual orientation or even presumed sexual orientation, and a million other reasons not currently in "the law".

These people are the absolute pure distilled lowest form of human life, and unfortunately consider themselves MORE American than you or I.
