Matthew Shepard would have been 35 today
It is hard for me to believe that. He looked so young in all the pictures to think of him as 35 is impossible. Such a sad waste, I wonder where he would be if he were alive today. Would he be married, would he have kids? Would he have run for office? He wound up changing the world but not, sadly, with his career but instead with his untimely death. Gays are a little safer thanks to him.

1. Sometimes I think certain people come to this earth for a short time to do big things.

2. I've always believed in the catalyst theory.
Some people are put here not to change the world, not directly with their actions but through their influence on others.

That's Matthew.

4. As he matured, I believe he would habve become an awesome man....
Another tragedy that will haunt us all.

Thoughts and prayers to his parents.
