13. Done. I live in Baltimore.
I also know people at Equality Maryland, and have met some of the plaintiffs. Arguments have already been heard by the lower court judge. She has not issued a ruling yet. Whatever the outcome, it will be appealed. Then, the fun begins. Our highest court is quite liberal. We have beaten back attempts to amend the state Constitution, and have a fair shot at winning.

If the Court of Appeals rules in favor of marriage equality, expect another fight, with the governor and lieutenant governor leading the charge for bigotry.

16. Hopefully we can drag it out long enough in the courts.....
that we won't have to deal with Ehrlich. Right now our legislature is too fair-minded to pass any anti-marriage amendments, however I don't know how this changes if the case is decided in our favor. I think we have a decent shot at getting something positive out of the case though.
