FOF Brings 'Ex-Gay' Crusade To Macy's Parade

Focus on the Family has announced plans to distribute 5,000 balls during Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade to promote a website it operates that claims homosexuality is a disorder that can be changed through faith.

The balls - called "stress balls" are part of a major effort by FOF reach a wider audience during the holidays. Each ball carries the name of its advice site http://www.troubledwith.com. The Web site also carries faith-based advice on topics ranging from eating disorders to depression.

The balls will be tossed out by volunteers along the route and is not part of the official parade. Because they will be on public property there is little Macy's can do.

Last week the Colorado-Springs-based FOF began running ads on the giant electronic billboard in Times Square, and on Monday, it launched ads on "Dr. Phil" and "The Oprah Winfrey Show" on New York television stations.

FOF and false religion are the problem, unless you belive in the concept of the final solution, the ultimate goal of these nazis.

If you had a magic mirror which you could hold up to their faces and would reveal these people's inner gayness which is being repressed, they would just melt. That's how gay giving out balls is. :D

... To handing out stress balls with the URL for a website that spoke of how literalist Christianity was a lifestyle choice that, with enough love and prayer, one could escape to lead a normal, happy, contented life.

In the same vain of the "stress balls", I have an idea for a "stress neck." Electronically, I am pretty sure I can make it happen. The harder a person squeezes the neck the more choking sounds the neck will make. I am not sure how to get it to change color yet though. I'm still mulling that one over. I would love to actually invent this thing and get it going. I don't know how many times I have wished I had the stress neck to choke for a little while to relieve the stress of dealing with bs here in red state land. Maybe I could just use the words, "generic homophobe" on the neck to retaliate against them for squeezing gay balls. :evilgrin:
