Schwarzenegger promises to veto Gay Marriage AGAIN

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said he would veto a bill that would legalize gay marriage in California for the second time if state lawmakers pass it again this year. In June 2005, the California Legislature became the first lawmaking body in the United States to vote in favor of allowing same-sex couples to wed.

Schwarzenegger refused to sign the measure, saying it was in conflict with a 2000 voter-approved measure that shored up the state's one man, one woman marriage laws.

The only way to get past the gropenator is to get him out of office and that's not going to happen, not with wealthy, tax-evading schmucks like Stephen Spielberg and other two-faced Hollywoodites lending Ahnold financial and campaign support.

Regardless, I hope Mark Leno pushes this through the CA legislature again, if only to force Schwarzenegger to veto away the rights of CA citizens a second time. Let it be a matter of historical record that Ahnold is a bigoted, vote-pandering asshole.
