The probiotics I have started myself on appear to be doing what it is that they do.....

My stomach is pretty quiet for the most part and my appetite has improve somewhat. I feel "good" better than usual.

They contain:
Proprietary Hso Probiotic Blend Barley Grass and Oat Grass (Produced Using the Poten-zyme Process), Lactobacillus Plantarum, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Bifidobacterium Lactic, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium Breve, Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Brevis, Lactobacillus Salivarius, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bacillus Subtilis, Lactobacillus Paracasei, Bifidobacterium Longum. Other Ingredients: Calcium Carbonate, Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, Magnesium Stearate (Vegetable Source), Vegetable Coating, Bacterial Protease, Probiotic Cultures.

This product is made in the USA from what I can discern.

The reviews gave me the impetus to give it a go, (poor man's clinical trial) I'm so gullible so I went with it, no regrets.

I have tried two different probiotic products with no results. I'm looking for a product that will help me with my IBS.

Generally you start with the megadose of 75 Billion active cultures for the first 20 days. Then you go down to 25 for another 30 days. Then down to the lowest available.

It's called ultra 75 Probiotic complex and it's made a huge difference in my life.

Dealing with IBS and Hep-C. Investigating probiotics, but haven't started on a regimen yet. TY in advance.

For those who have to continually take probiotics, please look into inulin which is a prebiotic. I have a friend who raves about this stuff. It comes in powder form and you mix it into liquid. You can do a search and find powdered inulin, reviews, etc.
