"lawsuit reform" issue:
Haven't a number of (red) states declared that harming or "killing" an unborn child (a.k.a. "fetus"), even by accident, is tantamount to MURDER?
Now, one of the main issues about "doctors running from the state" (whether here in Ohio or any other state) was the idea of doctors who treat pregnant mothers can't afford "malpractice insurance" any more. I guess when you are a doctor, and your error kills an unborn child, that's "malpractice"; if you're driving in a car and another car pulls out in front of you, causing you to hit the car (because the roads are icy), and the pregnant woman in that car is injured and spontaneously aborts the "unborn child", then you are a murderer.
So a doctor who prescribes the wrong medication for a condition and "kills an unborn child" more than once is okay to continue practicing medicine (mainly because he is protected by the law). Or is that his "love" of women, as so eloquently stated by the Red States' President?
