The People's Pharmacy
Since there are so many in this forum who think natural always means healthy or good, I'm providing this link.

If you enjoy learning aobut and using natural remedies and the latest in medical news, please add The People's Pharmacy to your list of resources.

They are great about separating the snake oil from the fish oil. ;-)

People's Pharmacy is also a compounding pharmacy in Austin, TX.

Of course most of us do not consider everything "natural" as always "healthy and good".
That's just one example of the extreme statements skeptics make.

4. Seems like putting a coconut in your colon would make matters worse.
But their are some people who are biased towards the notion that natural is the equivalent of good. It is no surprise that most alternative treatments, whether they fall into the useful spectrum (valerian root or tea tree oil) or the "so laughable that it's amazing anyone with a brain would fall for it" (shark cartilage, colon cleansing, magical foot pads), tout themselves as "natural".

2. I've never heard of this!
Edited on Sat Mar-28-09 06:33 PM by Why Syzygy
We've heard countless stories of soap placed under bed sheets and in socks offering relief for Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) and Leg Cramps. But most household soaps are awkward, bulky and uncomfortable. So, we decided to develop two different sizes of soap especially for sufferers of RLS and leg cramps.

I'm willing to give bulky a try.
