So when a repuke freepturd hits you with "Dems give more rights to
terrorists than they do to citizens" ...

tell them that you have been trying to give the rights to the citizens ... but they've been blocked by Repukes because the "citizens" are not wealthy, and those "rights" earned in court are because of benchmark cases won by people who got around the law because THEY WERE WEALTHY ENOUGH TO GET AROUND THE LAW BY USING HIGH-PRICED LAWYERS ...

Doesn't our court system build upon previous cases as precedent?

Ya think that a conservative crook really wants to face a conservative judge???

Wrongful Imprisonment: Anatomy of a CIA Mistake
German Citizen Released After Months in 'Rendition'

This shows the CIA's mistake; military side of the rendition program, if DoD does a separate program is still unknown and begs questions.

As with the Al QaQa (sic ?) ammo dump that was left untended during the initial stages of the Iraq War II, BushCo has managed to give more 'ammunition' to the other side. What jerks.
