FISA law is outdated - 1978. Constitution -1789? How about
the Ten Commandments that the Religious Reich bandies about?

They're several thousand years old. I guess that means that Bush doesn't really have to bother with those, either. Let's see:

Honor thy father and mother (well, he fought his daddy)

Thou shalt not steal (elections)

Thou shalt not kill (innocent Iraqis; side-note - see Pickles)

Thou shalt not bear false witness (Swift-boating John Kerry, Saddam has WMDs and is 45 minutes away from nuking America)

Thou shalt not worship another God before me ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$)

Yup, at least 6 of the 10 thousands-of-years-old commandments are being ignored, if not broken, by Bush . . .
