'Specific' info on NSA eavesdropping?
A new lawsuit may have what other cases don't: official records about those under surveillance.

By Brad Knickerbocker

ASHLAND, ORE. Of all the lawsuits seeking to halt the National Security Agency's program to eavesdrop on certain Americans' electronic communications, a new one filed last week in Oregon may provide the federal courts with the most detailed glimpse yet into the clandestine counterterrorism effort.

The biggest challenge for such cases - which have also been filed in New York, Michigan, and California - is that plaintiffs don't have access to records of highly classified government surveillance activities and therefore can't be sure they were personally subjected to covert phone- tapping or e-mail reading by the US government.

The Oregon suit may manage to leap over that imposing legal hurdle. Lawyers and their clients apparently have seen phone logs and other top-secret records inadvertently provided, and then hastily recovered, by government officials.

"In the motion there is material under seal, which we will rely on in our case," says lawyer Tom Nelson in Portland, who represents an Oregon group tied to a now-defunct Islamic charity in Saudi Arabia and two Washington lawyers who allege they were wiretapped without warrant under the National Security Agency (NSA) program. <snip>

2. No funerals required.
We just need to hang the treasonous bastards and dump the bodies in a landfill. That's all they deserve.

3. Better info is CALEA loop bypass computer hard disk
Go to "Conspiracy Central" and do a search for "tommythebug"...or do a google on that name...or do google on Thomas S. Bean...to find out what DOJ, Bush, and FBI are all covering up.

BEST EVIDENCE IS A COPY OF THE COMPUTER HARD DISK FOR THE CALEA LOOP BYPASS INFO...showing all the warrantless wiretapping of so many celebrities, activists, murderers tied to NSC, FBI,etc, ...and civil litigants.

That info is already copied...and awaits the usual DOJ--FBI--NSA perjury in depositions, and hearings in Sioux Falls Fed Judge Larry Peirsol's Federal courtroom.

THIS IS THE INFO THAT GOT DASCHLE TO ANNOUNCE HIS PRESIDENCY.

HIS EX CHIEF OF STAFF, RICH GORDON, WAS MURDERED OVER THIS INFO. TWO OTHERS TIED TO THE US DOJ OIG COMPLAINT SUBMITTED BY THOMAS S. BEAN WERE ALSO MURDERED IN SUSPICIOUS CAR WRECKS.

IT'S ALL COMING OUT...BECAUSE SD US ATTY AND SF FBI AGENTS "DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS" TO COORDINATE THE PROSECUTION OF NSA AND SFPD AND MCSAO CRIMINALS WHO "TAMPERED WITH A WITNESS".
