The Religious Right is trying to get rid of the "Lemon" test that essentially precludes the non-Radical-Right from being bombarded with fundamentalist evangelical Christian symbols throughout the land, to the exclusion of all others. "Lemon" imposes what is commonly called the "Reindeer Test," and, for example, Christian/Christmas symbols are not permitted in association with GOVERNMENT SPONSORSHIP if not accompanied by secular symbols. Bottom line: if this gets overturned, it will be a major blow to the wall of separation between church and state.
This is a link to a legal group affiliated with the infamous religious right leader, James Dobson. Take a look at their legal argument, please.

What a crock! The judges, magistrates and justices are doing their jobs - and interpreting the law! I am hoping this gets shot down fast!
