I have to sign off now and go run 3 miles in the freezing cold & snow! Sob!!!!
I hate exercise but I sure love the feeling I get when I'm done!

4. Good luck. Snow is bad, but
Sleety ice storms are the worst.

My worst memories of the Chicago land area were the hours spent waiting for the high school bus to come when it was 33 degrees out and raining. Ugh!

6. i like that feeling, too.
and a lot of days, i feel the same way about getting motivated to exercise. but i still do it about 6 days out of 7. it's worth it.

7. I used to love to run while it was snowing . . . as long as it was not slippery
but I must admit that the miles in Florida are a bit easier these days.

11. I went to wii Sports Resort
Did a little wakeboarding-then finished up with a couple of swordfights. That's it for me today. Tomorrow I'll head for the gym-weather permitting.
