10. The camera is tipped over and looking at the sky...
Says so on their site:
Note: Storm-related wind has tipped Camera 1 over,
and it now views the sky and cloud conditions.

9. There used to be a corn cam,
somebody set it up in, IIRC, an Iowa cornfield. You could watch the corn sprout, grow, set ears, get harvested, die; you could watch it be sunny or nighttime, fair weather or rainy ...

Novel ... perhaps ... if you've never seen a cornfield. Or weather.

I've lived in Rochester.
