1. What I find interesting is that equality is actually allowing people
to accel without hindrance by bias that is not based on justice and compassion.

Holding women back because of some broken or unjust system, just to match some ideal that actual advantages oneself, is by all inspection wrong.

Women, and other groups, should be allowed to soar and show all the potential in what ever ways they feel they can. Even if it makes some other group feel a bit uncomfortable by not having control.
