On edit: I sent this link to the Chef and Pastry chef at work. Reply from the chef talked about how she had to have her hair all in the picture. (He's a fussy man about hair nets around food.)

on edit: I bbought black cocoa for this recipe & have used it in other choco recipes that call for cocoa, including hot cocoa & it is fantastic! I use about 1/4 black cocoa to 3/4 regular cocoa. It adds a really nice rich choco flavor! :9
