Know any good vegetarian caterers in Minneapolis?

We are looking at having my daughter's graduation party at a hotel there rather than in WI since it is much closer for everyone else in our families. Not looking for anything big or really expensive/fancy, but would like to cater in some food. Rest of my relatives are meat eaters but, screw em, my daughter is a very proud vegetarian.

So, any place people like?

If you like Indian food, there are many veg options available, and most Indian restaurants do (or will do, if asked) catering as well.

Also, it should be noted that any big-city caterer should be able to provide vegetarian meals in this day and age. Even if they don't advertise it as an option, be sure to ask.

Another option is to find the local Vegetarian groups, and then send them a request for a referral to a veg-friendly caterer.
