We just had the bestest lunch!

Take 1 large onion and saute it with some mushrooms. When cooked to your liking add 2 packages of http://www.gardein.com/products.php?t=frozen&p=2 (Gardein Beefless Tips) and serve over Pierogies and put in a liberal (of course) amount of Daiya Mozzarella cheese.

Oh my goodness, I want more.

(On edit - I forgot the cheese which made the whole meal super-nummy.)

As a high school wrestler and football player, he craves the protein a lot. Gardein is doing good work.

2. I'm also in love with....

The Mandarin Orange Crispy Chicken. We don't use the sauce but I feel like Homer Simpson when I'm cooking the strips.
