What is your favorite breading?
Mine is one we just made the other day. I took some lightly salted organic breadcrumbs from Edward & Sons, added some Adobo seasoning, 7-pepper blend and some nutritional yeast flakes. It was pretty darn good for coating tofu. Gave it a spicy bite to it.

5. I'm loving gram/channa/chickpea flour these days.

It goes great with spicy food:

And it coats (pressed) tofu pretty well. I like to roll/toss tofu chunks in channa flour, then sprinkle on a masala spice mix, then fry fry fry away.
