love my new imac...maybe you experts can help me with my samsug a707 phone
i know that i won't be able to sync everything as I understand that samsung does not support mac.

but i have read on a few forums that people were able to do some file transfers (like pictures) from their phones to their macs with bluetooth.
but no one did a step by step how to

my phone is bluetooth enabled on the phone and the mac...the mac can read the phone.....it acts like it is reading the phone...but....
here is the kicker....

it acts like i have no pictures on my phone under "graphics"....so they are linked up, but acting like the pictures are not on the phone.

I wasn't sure if it was ME...if I am not doing something correctly (it's been years since i've used a mac, but i'm pretty quick with figuring stuff out.) or if there is just some samsung/mac conflict here.

again, i had read on some other forums that the bluetooth transfer worked for some others, so I'm not sure what's up here.

anybody with a A-707 Sync......or any suggestions? I'm thinking the solution must be pretty simple, but I don't know.

thanks!

btw, my imac totally ROCKS! :bounce:

1. Have you tried plugging your phone into your Mac?
I have used several different cameras with my Mac and it always reads them as soon as I plug them in.

2. well,
this phone has a software that samsung has that you have to use if you want to use a usb cable, but the software is not mac compatible.

that's why i was looking to the bluetooth as others had from the blogs i looked through, but the computer does not seem to "see" the pictures on the phone.

I didn't know if I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just having a mac/samsung compatibility.
