Official what works, what doesn't work with Snow Leopard.
Here's a wiki with a list they've compiled. I've upgraded Inkscape, and will move to OpenOffice if NeoOffice doesn't work.

2. No linkie? I've read on a couple forums that Adobe CS3 and CS4 apps WILL work...
But there are a couple of script writing apps I want to look up, amongst others...

12. Now have an application to check what's compatible...
Instead of going through that list of hundreds of applications, the app will compare what you actually have installed and supply only the information relevant to your apps.

But if your app is not on the original list on the website, I doubt it will check that...

13. Looooong sleeps
On my Mini, I find that with the installation of Snow Leopard my machine will not wake up from an overnight sleep. I have to reboot. PITA majorly. And I confess to now having noticed that touted 1001 ways Snow Lepoard is better than Leopard.

IMHO, don't upgrade till 6.4 or 5.
