3. It should be okay matcom
If should harden up. As long as it's not a fluffy cream cheese cake it should be good.

6. well, sort of
i put the Chambord in with the filling. not sure if that is why it came out kinda brown or not (it isn't the classic white).

it isn't burnt though (far as i can tell)

it seems to be setting. isn't the prettiest thing in the world but i THINK its ok.

just sort of an almond color.

i'll let you know how it tastes. might put the liquor in the raspberries next time

7. If it makes you feel any better,
once when I was little, my mom tried to make a cheesecake, but when she went to put it in the oven, her fingers slipped and she poured the filling out of the pan and into the drawer under the oven. So, not only did she not have any cheesecake to show for her efforts, but she had to clean the oven and all of the pans in the drawer. She hasn't made a cheesecake since. ;(

8. Another cheesecake horror story...
My grandmother made a recipe from the newspaper for a cheesecake with 1-1/4 cups of blue cheese in it, and cherries on top. It was ghastly, but my sweet grandfather told her it was good.

A few days later, the newspaper issued a correction: It should have said 1/4 cup blue cheese.

Even that much blue cheese in a cheesecake sounds awful to me.

9. Normal Consistency
Will be kind of like a spongy cake batter. Not sponge cake, but spongy cake. It will pour, but be kinda frothy.

If memory serves me, it's been a year.
