Awesome Thai Soup... made it the other night

I left out the tomatoes and just used a quarter of a cooked chicken from the grocery store taken off the bone. Turned out amazing. Recipe is a little hard to follow... but turns out really well. Essentially made like this: Infuse the broth with the peppers and ginger, take out the peppers and ginger etc.., put in the chicken and some green onions, add some more vegetables, serve and top with cilantro and green onions. Turns out amazing. Oh, and I used 3 cans of chicken broth (the normal size) instead of 2.
