Anyone have a Costa Rican recipe for chicken tamales?

Well, it may not only be Costa Rican, but the only time I had them they were made by a native Costa Rican! They had chicken in them, and some sort of mild green pepper. I would really prefer to be able to buy them somewhere, but I'm actually considering making them. I've never made any kind of tamales, so a Gringa needs details! Thanks in advance!

but you might want to contact SwampRat, I think he mentioned he had been to Costa, and has relatives somewhere. He might know?

I may have to resort to buying tamales, though; I'm not sure I have the patience for that much cooking work!
