I tried out my new roaster last night.

I tried out my new roaster last night.
They had a roasting pan that was damaged for 2 dollars at this hardware store. It only had a small dent in the lip that the lid goes on. The lid still closed just fine. I browned a pork roast real good, put garlic powder and Nature's seasoning on it, covered it and baked it at 400 for 90 minutes on the bottom shekf of the oven. It came out really good and didn't stick because I sprayed pam ahead of time. I used the grease to make pork gravy. I had scalloped potatoes:

and cheap storebought biscuits to go with it. It was good.
