No cooking tonight.
I'm taking Mrs bearfan, her daughter and SO, and our granddaughter out to eat at Springhill Catfish in Pflugerville. This place has a gigantic chicken fried steak and really good catfish.

2. I can vouch for #1, 4, and 5.
1. Pflugerville is between Austin and Round Rock off of IH-35.
4. Gigantic chicken-fried steak is pretty common in Texas.
5. Pflugerville is south of Memphis so your catfish theory still holds.

:D

5. It was kick ass as usual
Mrs bearfan couldn't finish her CFS. She just ate it for lunch. My catfish was superb also. They have really good iced tea there too.

6. Yes number 3 still holds.
Born, live, and die a Chicago Bears fan. Some Chicago Bear trivia for you here:

If you are a Chicago Bear fan, then you are a Chicago Bear fan from the day you're born until the day you die. Even if the Bears record is 0 - 16 for 50 years in a row, you are still a Chicago Bear fan. It is team loyal, just like being a Dem.
