Anyone have recipes for tempeh?

So far, I've tried slicing it up and stir-frying it with different vegetables, garlic, ginger & soy sauce. I like the flavor, it reminds me of mushrooms. Ideas, anybody?

I believe it's an Indonesian product originally, any ideas about that cuisine?

I love Asian foods, but simply don't understand the cuisine in the same way I do European and American food. I cook a fair amount of Asian, but always need a recipe and tend not to play with them too much.

I'm not even sure what this stuff is, but apparntly someone decided to devote a whole web site to it!

2. Tempeh with Barbecue Sauce

When I was pregnant with my daughter I couldn't get enough of the stuff. I think I had it at least 4 or 5 times a week.

The thought of eating that now just sickens me.
