baked scrambled eggs? I had a friend who I saw once just beat
eggs and add baking powder??? maybe and cooked in the oven

any suggestions on this one?

1. There's lot of recipies that say stick the pan in the oven
so I don't know why you couldn't do that with eggs. But baking powder? Why would you need baking powder?

7. i think it helps them rise. when I did it the eggs almost doubled in
size in the oven

4. I don't really know.
Maybe the baking powder makes it rise.

5. ok i tried it, 5 eggs some milk 1/3 cup maybe
teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 cup grated cheese and some Mrs Dash

put it in my enamel casserole dish sprayed with Pam

oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes until the top browned up

it was tasty but it did stick to the pan a bit, butter would have been better probably

8. Mr. Pcat puts b. powder in his eggs.
1/8th teaspoon/egg. He also does not use milk, only water.

I'd ask him, but he's 1000 miles and 2 time zones away (I'm in Indiana on a family illness/death visit.)
