Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.
Got this from the library the other day. I think I'm going to buy this one. It's really a very nice book with a lot of knowledge and recipes for so many different lovely breads.

2. It's just a new book
that's come out. I wish it had more pics but it still does have quite a few. I hate cookbooks without pics! http://www.amazon.com/Artisan-Bread-Five-Minutes-Revolutionizes/dp/0312362919

3. I will add that
the five minutes a day actually refers to the time it takes to shape the basic dough and pop it in the oven. You initially make the dough in a large batch and refrigerate and only cut off a piece to bake each day you need it.

5. I'm on the library wait list for it
They only have 2 copies for the whole county. But I'm 8th on the list so it shouldn't be too much longer.

I look forward to hearing about your experiences with it!
