Thanks to Eleny's recommendation for Manjula's Kitchen
on youtube I've picked up a whole new obsession! I've been watching all kinds of ethnic cooking videos on youtube. Have to say, Manjula's 50+ videos is terrific. Another delightful one is Deedee's Mediterranean Cooking (DeedeeMed.com) There are some others that scrape the bottom of the pan, shall we say, but it is totally worth plowing through some of them to get to the gems. Funny how much people love watching someone else cook!
