homemade and it's incredibly easy! So easy it's silly!

I'm not so much for caviar, tho. We like it on fresh baked quick breads mostly, and I will learn to make feta. :9

I lost my source of goat milk when my neighbor's children were getting less attention than her kids.

Goat cheese is my favorite. Now you need to learn how to brine it and you have feta.
